These Terms govern your use of ValoRank (vstats.xyz), a free, fan-made Valorant stats and leaderboard tool operated by an individual, referred to below as "vStats," "we," "us," or "the Operator." By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ValoRank displays Valorant match history, rank, and performance stats using the Riot Games API. It is provided free of charge, with no purchases or subscriptions.

2. Account linking

You may sign in with Riot Sign-On (RSO). You're responsible for the accuracy of the account you link and for keeping your Riot credentials secure — we never see or store your password. You may unlink your account or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to scrape, flood, or automate requests against the site beyond normal browsing.
Don't try to bypass rate limits, the community poll's one-vote-per-person limit, or account verification.
Don't use the service to harass, impersonate, or misrepresent another player's identity or stats.
Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours.

We may suspend or restrict access for anyone violating these terms.

4. Third-party data & accuracy

Match, rank, and account data is sourced from the Riot Games API and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate due to upstream API issues outside our control. We make no guarantee of real-time accuracy.

5. Riot Games relationship

ValoRank isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing VALORANT. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including reliance on stats or leaderboard data that later prove inaccurate.

8. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
